The pair have previously worked together on filmic classics such Gangs of New York, The Departed and The Aviator, and their latest movie outing looks set to be another major success both at the box office and with critics.

Based on the Dennis LeHane (Gone, Baby, Gone, Mystic River) novel of the same name, Shutter Island tells the story of two US marshalls (Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo) who are given the task of investigating the disappearance of a murderer who has escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane, Boston's Shutter Island Ashecliffe Hospital. After a hurricane traps them on the island, chaos ensues.

As far as movie trailers go, this is one of the best I've seen in a long time. It doesn't give too much away, but it leaves you feeling slightly disturbed = this movie is going to be incredibly scary. We likey.
