The world's greatest F1 racing contest, the British Grand Prix, is upon us this weekend. But, long before F1 stars Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button, Mark Webber, and Lewis Hamilton had the opportunity to take to the Silverstone track, the ever so daring Light Graffiti Cars team (comprised of media entrepreneur Marc Cameron and photographer Mark Brown) decided to take their latest series of the Light Graffiti Cars out on Britain's most famous race circuit.
Following in the tyre tracks of Light Graffiti Cars hit London - Light Graffiti F1 cars hit the British Grand Prix features the F1 racers of Red Bull, McLaren, Ferrari, Virgin, Force India (a homage to Paul di Resta), and Lotus.
Light Graffiti Cars co-creator Marc Cameron (also Head of Digital for a successful publishing house and the founder of Fotorater.com - the next major web phenomenon) took time out from advising Red Bull supremo Christian Horner on lighting in his team's garage, to offer the following quote: "The British Grand Prix is the world's greatest racing contest, so it was a natural choice for the next stage of the Light Graffiti Cars to be affiliated with this stellar occasion.
Associating the Light Graffiti Cars with iconic London landmarks proved a real success for us, but to actually take them out on one of the world's greatest tracks was a dream come true for both Mark and I."
Since first launching towards the end of 2009, the Light Graffiti Cars have appeared on the websites of Top Gear, the Daily Telegraph, the Daily Mail, MSN, and Trend Hunter, to name a few. They're currently on sale via Athena and will appear in this month's edition of Mazda's Zoom-Zoom magazine.
