Apple has finally unveiled its much talked about tablet computer, the iPad, at an event in San Francisco.
According to CNN.com, the iPad will come with a huge 10-inch touch screen, a 1 GHz processor, and it will be available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions. And from what we've seen so far, it looks bloody amazing!
Here are our initial thoughts on the iPad:
- It looks amazing
- Steve Jobs can do no wrong
- Apple might want to think about changing the name after seeing iTampon trending on Twitter
- Once the iPad hits the market, laptop sales will experience a significant fall
- This will be the invention of the decade, even though we have just under 10 years to go until the end of the decade
- Apple has created the best marketing campaign ever
- The Kindle hasn't got a chance
- Owners who use one while riding on the tube will be hated by all other passengers, but only because they'll be so jealous
- Taking out insurance will be a must
- We want one
