Parkour is amazing. That's an indisputable fact. Anyone who is willing to risk life and limb in order to propel themselves over walls, fences, cars, and buildings is OK in my book. The outcome is always brilliant to watch. Check out Sebastien Foucan jumping the gap in the Millennium Stadium roof (see the second video), if you don't believe me.
Celebrating this innovative physical discipline that originated from France is a stop-motion animation called 'Parkour Motion Reel', and I can't stop watching it because it is a work of true genius. The soundtrack isn't bad either...
